Cost-effective anti-slip mat made of PU-bound rubber granules of high quality out of pure caoutchouc.
Significantly longer application until the end of the service life will be reached compared to cheap anti-slip mats due to the high portion of binding agent.
The required ultimate elongation (at least 60%) according to VDI Guideline 2700 Sheet 15 is significantly exceeded.
Pressure capacity tested at: 30% indentation of ARM thickness = 2.58 up to 3.00 N/mm² (equals 258 up to 300 t/m²)
Average friction coefficient μ = 0.7 up to 0.8 (depending on material thickness and size) according to test certificate Fraunhofer IML Dortmund as intermediate layer wooden Euro-pallet and load area (used silkscreen floor) on dry and broom-clean vehicle floor.
