Shipping information

Shipping is generally handled by GLS (General Logistics Systems Germany) as a CO2-neutral delivery service. Bulky goods are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified for the item.

Shipping costs may vary from those stated in the shop; additional shipping costs may apply to special orders. We will gladly inform you about these costs in a separate offer.

Optimized transport routes, alternative vehicle propulsion systems, and energy-efficient warehouses: there are many ways to reduce climate-damaging CO2 emissions and other environmental impacts caused by the transport and storage of goods. At GLS, we call it Climate Protect. We believe that environmental protection and business success are not only compatible but closely linked. By shipping Climate Protect products, we are making the leap from CO2-neutral to climate-neutral.

If your order is shipped in multiple parts, we will of course only charge you for shipping once.

Delivery to post office boxes or DHL parcel stations is not possible.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Denmark, the Czech Republic, France, the United Kingdom, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

National shipping

A flat shipping fee applies to domestic deliveries. Shipping costs for deliveries to German islands are €39.03 (gross) / €32.80 (net).

Next-day delivery costs €27.37 (gross) / €23.00 (net). Please note that express delivery is only available for items that are ready for immediate dispatch and were ordered by 11:00 noon at the latest.

International shipping

A flat shipping fee is charged for international shipping.

A VAT-exempt delivery in accordance with § 6 para. 1 no. 1 of the German VAT Act (UStG) is only possible if a valid VAT ID number is provided. Your VAT ID number will be checked for validity during the ordering process.

You can of course also order without VAT (VAT will be charged).

Free home delivery is available for orders over €500 plus VAT (€595 including VAT).

Bulky goods surcharge

All items whose dimensions or weights exceed the standard specifications of our shipping provider are considered bulky goods. In such cases, shipping is either via our parcel service as a bulky goods shipment or – for lengths over 2.00 m – via freight carrier.

Bulky items are marked accordingly in the item description.

Important information: The bulky goods surcharge is only charged once per order – regardless of the number of items affected.
For multiple bulky goods items , only the highest bulky goods surcharge will be charged.
The surcharge is displayed directly with the item and in the shopping cart.
We reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective shipping method without prior consultation.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders with a net value of €150.00 or more (gross value of €178.50 or more).
Please note: The bulky goods surcharge for long goods shipments is excluded from this and will be charged separately in any case .
