Transport securing

Transport securing
including anti-slip mats, lashing straps, edge protection and other accessories

German insurance companies estimate that 20% of all accidents on German roads are due to improper load securing. These accidents can be avoided with correct load securing. Proper load securing is legally required; the guidelines are laid down in VDI 2700. Every type of load in trucks, cars, trailers, or vans must be properly secured. All persons involved in the transport are responsible for ensuring legally compliant load securing. Effective load securing is guaranteed by high-quality load securing equipment that is durable, long-lasting, and able to withstand heavy loads.

Our individual product categories for transport securing

Our shop's transport securing equipment is organized into logical categories to make your search easier. You'll find a wide variety of securing nets and tarpaulins for containers and vans. We offer lashing nets, 6-pallet nets for trucks, luggage nets, flatbed tarpaulins, car trailer nets, bungee cords, head lashing nets, webbing divider nets, container tarpaulins, and much more. In the dunnage bag category, you'll find various tools for filling gaps, including air cushion inflator adapters, 3D dunnage bags, and standard dunnage bags. For cars and vans, you'll find all the basics of load securing, such as airline track systems, hazardous materials equipment, trunk mats, cargo securing webbing nets for Sprinters, and cargo securing nets for cars. We also offer load securing sets for cars and vans, such as the lashing bag for cars, the lashing case for vans, and the lashing box for station wagons and vans. For heavy-duty lashing, in the lashing chains and lifting chains category, you'll find one-piece and two-piece lashing chains in various lengths and daN (decanewtons; one decanewton equals 10 newtons. A newton is a unit of force). In the lashing systems section, you'll find airline tracks, cover profiles for airline tracks, automotive fittings, double-stud fittings, and T-nuts. In the testing equipment and measuring instruments category, you'll find various measuring devices for measuring pretensioning forces, lashing equipment calculators, and protractors.

Aids for securing transport under special requirements

In addition to the aforementioned classic transport securing aids, we also offer solutions for specific requirements, such as transporting washing machines, securing gas cylinders, or securing motorcycles. For washing machines, trailers with tarpaulins are best suited. The washing machine should be secured with ratchet straps. Using anti-slip mats increases transport safety. Be sure to secure the drum. If vibrations occur during transport, the drum can be damaged. Only remove the drum securing device once the washing machine has reached its final destination. When transporting a motorcycle, proper load securing is essential. A motorcycle is best transported on a trailer. The motorcycle must be secured with special straps. In our shop, you will find high-quality motorcycle handlebar straps, motorcycle transport straps, tire straps, and hook adapters for securing your motorcycle.
