Ordering and Returns

There are several ways to order. You can order directly in our online shop, by phone, by email, or by fax.

Yes, public institutions and authorities can also order on invoice.

For orders by fax or email, we require a complete letterhead from you. If you would like to place an order in our online shop, you must first create a customer account, which we will activate for purchase on invoice after successful registration. Please contact us by phone or email once you have registered.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our service team as soon as possible. You can let us know via our hotline at +49 (661) 380 998 80, by fax at +49 (661) 380 998 89, or by email at [email protected].

Alternatively, you can conveniently withdraw from the contract using our withdrawal button.

Self-pickup is possible, but only by prior arrangement. Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email before completing your order so we can arrange an individual pickup appointment with you.

We want you to be fully satisfied with our delivery. You can return the item within two weeks and will promptly receive a refund of the purchase price paid.

We are interested in why you don't want to keep the item. However, stating a reason for the return is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature, these costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 59.00.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Online Shop and Customer Account

You can sign up/register by clicking on "My Account" and then "Create Account." You can also register directly during the checkout process.

You are also welcome to order as a "guest" without registering. A customer account is not required to place an order.

For your next order, you can log in with your registered email address and password. You save time and don't need to re-enter all your details.

We provide a "Forgot password?" feature. We will then send you a new password to your email address. You can then change this password yourself in the "My Account" area.

Password requests are never sent out by us independently. If you receive one without having requested it, please ignore the message or inform one of our service staff.

You can also update your personal details. To do this, log in under "My Account" with your email address and password. Under "Manage Addresses" you can change, update, or delete your details as needed.

Nets & Tarpaulins

The textile sector has higher tolerances than wood or metal.

This is partly due to the properties of the fibers used. Cotton in particular, being a natural fiber, can absorb and release a great deal of water and moisture. This is always accompanied by a change in the length of the fiber, and thus of the entire textile. In contrast, textiles are more or less elastic depending on their construction (or weave).

Every machine, and especially every person, measures under different tension. This inevitably leads to different results as well.

Textiles are still manufactured by hand. Manual work always leads to higher tolerances than machine work.

Further tolerances arise depending on the stitch pattern and sewing machine.

Our nets and tarpaulins are calculated to these tolerances. The following tolerances may apply when manufacturing custom dimensions:

Skew distortion: ± 1.5% of fabric width
Length deviation: ± 3%
Shrinkage deviation: ± 3%
Dimensional deviations for finished textiles: ± 1.5%

Our product range also includes textile fabrics that can be manufactured to the exact centimeter. If you would like exact centimeter production, please contact us — we would be happy to provide you with a quote.

Technical Questions on Load Securing

LC (Lashing Capacity): the permissible lashing force in daN — the central value for the load limit in direct lashing.

STF (Standard Tension Force): the pre-tension force generated by the ratchet when tightening — decisive for tie-down lashing.

SHF (Standard Hand Force): the standardized hand force (50 daN) applied to the ratchet lever to achieve the STF value.

According to DIN EN 12195-2, all three values must be permanently indicated on the lashing strap label. If the label is missing, the strap may no longer be used in commercial road transport.

Tie-down lashing (friction-based): The lashing strap is tightened over the load and presses it onto the loading surface. The securing effect is created by the increased friction this produces — the pre-tension force (STF) is what matters most here.

Direct lashing (form-fitting): The lashing strap is tightened directly and as flat as possible between a lashing point on the load and a lashing point on the vehicle, absorbing the load's movement forces directly. Here, the full lashing capacity (LC) counts.

In practice, both methods are often combined to effectively secure the load in all directions.

Lashing straps made of textile webbing are subject to DIN EN 12195-2, which governs the construction, labeling, and testing of the straps.

Lashing chains are subject to DIN EN 12195-3 and are mainly used for heavy, angular, or sharp-edged loads where textile lashing equipment reaches its limits.

The calculation principles for both types of lashing equipment (securing forces, friction coefficients) are uniformly set out in EN 12195-1.

Lashing equipment must be checked regularly for damage and removed from service immediately if any issues are found. Typical exclusion criteria include: cuts or tears in the webbing, significant abrasion or chafing, damaged or deformed end fittings/ratchets, a missing or illegible label, and signs of chemical or heat exposure.

Without a legible label, a lashing strap may generally no longer be used commercially, as the permissible load values can no longer be verified.

Anti-slip mats increase the coefficient of friction between the load and the loading surface (or between stacked load units). A higher friction coefficient means that less lashing force is required to effectively secure the load against slipping — they are therefore usually used in addition to lashing straps, not as the sole securing measure.

Clamping bars are wedged form-fittingly between two fixed points (e.g., a vehicle's side walls) to hold the load in place and prevent it from shifting lengthwise or crosswise. They are particularly suitable for pallets, wire mesh boxes, or other compact load units.

An airline track is a profiled rail anchored in the vehicle floor (or wall) with locking points into which matching lashing points, locking bars, or lashing equipment can be flexibly inserted. It enables variable positioning of load securing without the need for fixed lashing rings at precisely predetermined points.

Responsibility for proper load securing lies not only with the driver, but generally with everyone involved in the transport chain: the loader, the transport company/haulier, and the vehicle owner. The driver must check before departure whether the load is secured in accordance with legal requirements.

Violations can result in fines as well as civil liability consequences, and in the case of negligent bodily harm, criminal consequences.
