Description

Load securing is an important, yet often neglected, task in road transport. Anti-slip mats are placed under the cargo and secured with lashing straps. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and a lack of knowledge, load securing measures are often carried out incorrectly or insufficiently.

The MT Secure Trailer Floor is a PU-coated screen-printed floor that completely transforms the loading area into a non-slip surface. Pallets are instantly secured, the flooring is highly durable, long-lasting, and of course, suitable for use with forklifts and other industrial trucks.

Thanks to the DEKRA-tested MT "Secure" anti-slip flooring with a coefficient of friction of µ = 0.8, disposable anti-slip mats are unnecessary. No more slipping of anti-slip pads or rollers. At the same time, the flooring is resistant to abrasion, diesel, oil, and many chemicals. Even de-icing salts pose no problem for the MT Secure trailer flooring.

The MT Secure trailer floor is available in two versions. One is made of highly durable PU material in a 2 mm thickness, and the other features a hard-grained grit surface, the MT Secure trailer floor "OP" . This version is specifically designed for open flatbed trucks and has a rough, granular surface. Its advantage: the plywood panel can be freely selected in thicknesses from 9 to 30 mm.
