Privacy screens for house and garden

Privacy screen for garden, terrace or balcony

Privacy screens, tarpaulins, and mats effectively prevent unwanted views in the surrounding garden, on the patio, and on the balcony. A tarpaulin not only provides extensive privacy but also acts as a windbreak and sunshade (shade netting). Privacy mats are also popular for special occasions, such as public and private events. Privacy screens, also known as fence screens, are primarily found on tennis courts and other sports facilities, keeping the action hidden from prying eyes with their opaque, usually green, netting. However, these screens are increasingly being used on private property as well. The practical privacy screen can be easily mounted on any fence, whether a garden fence or a chain-link fence, transforming it into a privacy fence. They are also very well suited as privacy strips for welded wire fences, providing a uniform barrier between properties.

Privacy screen made of durable plastic

Our privacy screen is made from high-quality, UV-stabilized shade fabric, in this case, PE fabric. Despite its low weight of 200 to 230 grams per square meter, this plastic privacy screen is very tear-resistant and durable. The opaque material of the shade net is UV-stable for approximately three years and also boasts high temperature resistance from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. The privacy screen for protecting your privacy or your company premises is available in sizes 3.4 x 1.75 meters and 10 x 2 meters, or of course, custom-made to your specifications in our online shop. This saves you the hassle of cutting the privacy screen to the right size for your needs. We also manufacture your privacy screen as a fence screen, complete with eyelets and a hem. The shade net with eyelets is supplied as a roll for privacy in the garden, on the balcony, the patio, or for professional applications.

The privacy screen made of plastic: the durable alternative

Plastic privacy screens offer numerous advantages. Thanks to the pre-attached eyelets and their light weight, installation is particularly easy and quick. This makes the privacy screen ideal as a temporary fence or screen, for example, when camping. The screen from our online shop can be quickly attached to various types of fences, such as garden fences, using cable ties or rope. The PE privacy screen is also significantly more resistant to the elements, such as wind, rain, and cold. The flexible material of the privacy screen won't become brittle or crack, and the securely sewn hem effectively prevents fraying. This ensures greater durability compared to privacy screens made from natural materials like wood or bamboo.

Plastic privacy screens in various colors

The shading value of the privacy screen depends on the color. Our wide selection of privacy screen options for balconies, gardens, or commercial purposes is available in the following colors (shading value):

• Beige (79%)
• Yellow (69%)
• Red (75%)
• Ivory (76%)

• Blue (85%)
• Brown (95%)
• Dark blue (90%)
• Dark grey (93%)
• Black (97%)
• Silver (87%)

Due to its high UV stability and high privacy value, our privacy screen is not only suitable as a privacy screen element, side awning or fence screen, but also as a sun sail, windbreak or awning, for example on the balcony.
