Dust protection nets compliant with occupational safety regulations

Dust nets are mandatory safety equipment according to construction site regulations and the rules of the employers' liability insurance associations. Depending on the nature and concentration of the dust, however, dustproof tarpaulins must be used in certain cases. The dust protection nets in our online shop not only provide reliable protection against dust, but are also tear-resistant and, as fall protection, prevent hazards from falling objects.

Rules for the use of dust protection nets

The Federal Immission Control Act stipulates that all hazards during transport, on construction sites, during electrical work, in the trades, and in production facilities must be contained by appropriate measures. Dust and sand are also considered hazards, as they can endanger the health of workers and passersby, traffic, and the environment. Dust protection nets in the online shop for load securing and traffic safety

In our shop you will find numerous types of dust protection nets and safety nets for use as scaffolding nets, fence nets, facade nets, or as cover nets for transporting goods. We supply our nets in various mesh sizes, with or without edge cords or elastic ropes, and made from different materials with varying properties.

Air-permeable dust net

The green scaffolding safety net serves as a dust barrier or facade protection net. This inexpensive roll material is very robust and can be cut to size on site. The scaffolding net is, of course, UV-resistant (up to 150 kLy). Both long sides are reinforced with woven black PE yarn and buttonholes spaced approximately 50 mm apart. These allow the safety net to be attached to scaffolding, facades, or fences. The scaffolding safety net has a tear strength of 245 N / 5 cm, and the buttonholes have a tear strength of 180 N. The standard color for this disposable net is green. Other colors, such as blue or white, are available upon request.

Please note that this dust net is not approved for load securing. It serves only as a cover and has neither cords nor elastic rope. Approved load securing devices such as tarpaulins, securing nets, or lashing straps must be fitted and used before starting your journey.

Air-permeable PE woven tarpaulin

This robust and breathable tarpaulin boasts an exceptionally high tear strength of over 4000 N, making it the most durable material in the weight class up to 200 g per square meter. Its unique structure makes it virtually impossible for the tarpaulin to snag on facades, scaffolding, construction fences, or during transport. This breathable tarpaulin is particularly well-suited for heavy-duty use as load securing equipment, for example, for construction debris, scrap metal, or metal waste. Even sharp or pointed objects will not damage it.
