Loading bars, load securing beams, and cargo bars are indispensable for securing cargo in trucks and can be quickly and easily installed in box and tarpaulin bodies. Their major advantage compared to other load securing devices is their high load capacity and ease of use. In our cargo securing shop, you will find aluminum loading bars, load securing beams, and load securing bars with various clamping ranges. Whether lengthwise or crosswise, you can choose between load securing bars for vertical or horizontal mounting. Loading or load securing beams (also called clamping beams), on the other hand, are only suitable for horizontal mounting. Furthermore, you can choose between classic, rigid clamping beams and bars or adjustable versions that can be individually adapted to the loading area of your truck, van, or trailer.

Locking bars, load securing bars, and load securing beams can be perfectly combined with lashing rails, lashing points, or airline tracks. The rails sit flush with the side wall, saving valuable loading space as the entire interior width of the vehicle can be utilized. If your van has lashing rails on or in the floor or on the roof rails, you can use the locking bars and beams vertically. If the rails or lashing points are attached to the side rails, the load securing bars can be used horizontally.

Which rod for which pin?

The end pins allow you to categorize load securing bars and identify which type of fastening each bar, locking bar, or load bar is suitable for. There are cylindrical and conical pins, combination pins, as well as pins for rod rails or airline tracks. The diameter of the individual pins varies depending on the product.

More space and security for your cargo

The (partially stepless) adjustment range of our locking bars and load securing beams extends from 1,250 to 2,750 mm, depending on the product. The telescopic travel is adjusted using screws, rivets, or quick-release fasteners. Some load securing beams have a shortened telescopic travel of 100 mm and are primarily designed for use in slotted rails. These load securing rails are particularly suitable for box bodies or small vans and are less flexible due to their fixed positions.

Due to their adjustability, the loading bars, locking bars and locking beams offer you two additional advantages: You can adapt them to the respective loading area of your truck or van and they can be quickly pushed together when not in use to save space.

Locking bar sets with airline rail: perfect load securing for vans and cars

Not every company has large trucks to transport its cargo. So that even smaller vans don't have to do without valuable load securing bars, you can buy special locking bar sets in our shop . The sets consist of one or two locking bars and two or four airline rails made of high-quality aluminum. You can order the bars with or without protective sleeves.

Assembly for positive-locking load securing

These load securing bar sets are suitable for Sprinter and Transporter-class vehicles. Simply mount the bars behind the vehicle's sliding door and parallel to each other on the vehicle wall. You can then adjust the tension of the bars between the rails as needed. Ideally, this will result in a secure, form-fitting load securing system that cannot damage either your vehicle or the goods.
