Premium anti-slip mats

The pre-configured mats in this product category are available as individual pieces with the following dimensions:

MT-Premium is also available perforated in optional lengths, with a width of 600 mm and a thickness of 10 mm. This mat guarantees a secure grip even in damp and wet environments. The MT Premium series mats have been tested by the Fraunhofer Institute according to VDI guideline 2700 sheet 15. The required elongation at break is significantly exceeded, and a mean coefficient of friction of µ = 8 is achieved. Naturally, we also manufacture the roll material, anti-slip pads, and mats as custom cuts to your required dimensions and in black.

MT-Supergrip for heavy loads

With a load-bearing capacity of up to 1,500 tons per square meter, Supergrip is the ideal anti-slip solution for heavy-duty transport. The vulcanized rubber mat, made of rubber granules with a sandwich surface and wear-resistant layer, has a coefficient of friction of µD > 0.7 and is available in a length of 1,200 mm and a width of 800 mm.

Anti-slip strips (self-adhesive) for loading areas

MT Secure self-adhesive anti-slip strips guarantee easy and flexible installation, a permanent anti-slip solution, faster loading times, and outstanding durability. They are especially recommended for trucks, vans, and light commercial vehicles, such as workshop vehicles, municipal vehicles, and delivery or distribution vehicles. For full-surface bonding within the vehicle, these anti-slip strips are available in sizes of 2,500 x 1,250 mm and thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm. Made of extremely durable polyurethane, these self-adhesive anti-slip strips feature a special surface finish. According to DEKRA testing (DIN), they achieve a coefficient of friction of up to µD > 0.9. Furthermore, the strips are resistant to moisture, oil, diesel, various chemicals, and abrasion.

MT Secure for the trailer floor

The ideal solution for vehicle manufacturers. Suitable for original equipment as well as vehicle floor refurbishment. Custom-made with two different coatings and a high coefficient of friction of µ = 0.8. The pre-applied anti-slip coating of the MT "Secure" eliminates the need for an additional anti-slip mat. Biological anti-slip mats for single use

Cost-effective, the backing material and anti-slip coating are made from renewable raw materials, biodegradable, and usable from +100 °C to -20 °C. Suitable for transporting big bags, cartons, or octabins, for example, in refrigerated trailers. Pre-assembled as a pallet liner or interlayer, it achieves coefficients of friction between µ = 0.6 and 0.7. Can be printed with a logo according to customer specifications.

Fabric anti-slip mats

These lightweight and flexible fabric mats ensure safety in workshop trolleys, at workbenches, in toolboxes, on machine tool trays, in car trunks, caravans, on conveyor belts, for load securing and transport securing, in drawers of all kinds, and in vehicle equipment. Safety anti-slip mat Black Cat-Panther

Black Cat Panther is recommended for all applications requiring high coefficients of friction and a non-slip grip. This product category achieves coefficients of friction from μ = 0.70 to 1.49, depending on the friction partner and surface pressure. Whether on workbenches, for load securing, or on conveyor belts, this extra-strong anti-slip coating is available on rolls in lengths from 8 to 3 mm, widths from 200 to 1,600 mm, and thicknesses from 6 to 3 mm.

Industrial panel: The perfect anti-slip flooring

This anti-slip flooring made of PU-bonded rubber granules is the perfect anti-slip coating for indoor and outdoor use. Drainage channels on the back allow water to run off, and the 24-millimeter thickness guarantees optimal insulation against cold floors, as well as joint-friendly firmness and elasticity underfoot. It also effectively reduces noise in machine halls, is weather-resistant, and easy to clean.

Anti-slip beams with a steel core for heavy-duty or paper transport. Suitable for heavy loads with a surface load capacity of 1,250 t/m². Permanent mounting on the loading platform is possible.

BauMa anti-slip mat as flooring for construction machinery. Specially developed for construction vehicles, tracked vehicles, and tanks. With a possible pressure load of 750 t/m². In continuous testing with construction machinery weighing up to 85 t, the mat reached its wear limit after 3 years.
