Lasiprofi lashing strap 35 mm, 6.0 m long Color: olive, double pointed hook, two-piece

Our Lasiprofi lashing strap 35 mm in special olive color is a flexible and popular strap for securing loads. Equipped with a pressure ratchet (black) and an STF of 150 daN, the lashing strap is used in cars, trailers and vans.

The Lasiprofi lashing strap 35 mm is manufactured with high-quality webbing in olive color and has a robust double-pointed hook at the fixed end (FE) and at the loose end (LS). This is suitable for many lashing eyes. Please note that when hooking in the lashing hook, it may only be loaded at the base of the hook. Failure to observe this or incorrect use can lead to bending of the material, causing the hook to break and the entire load securing system to fail.

The woven webbing is made of olive PES fabric with an elongation of < 5 %. The sewn-on blue lashing strap label, which is additionally shrink-wrapped for better protection, contains all the necessary and prescribed information about the lashing strap.

The black pressure ratchet, also known as the short lever ratchet, has an STF of 150 daN. STF stands for Standard Tension Force and refers to the normal pre-tensioning force that can be applied to the strap using the SHF 50 daN (Standard Hand Force).

With an LC (Lashing Capacity) of 1,000 daN in straight pull and 2,000 daN in strapping, the Lasiprofi 35mm tensioning strap is ideal for securing loads. These values describe the maximum force that can be applied to the strap in a straight pull and strapping. Before using the Lasiprofi lashing strap, always observe the specifications for the discard maturity of lashing straps! This is because VDI 2700 Sheet 3.1 and DIN EN 12195-2 clearly define when a belt is ready to be discarded and may therefore no longer be used for load securing.

Among other things, cuts in the webbing greater than 10% at the selvedge and damaged seams can cause the belt to be rejected.  Deformations or defects on the pressure ratchet or the end fittings are also criteria that can put an end to the further use of a lashing strap.
