The Lasiprofi clamping beam is a proven and widely used tool for load securing. It stands out for its quick and flexible handling, as well as its nearly stepless adjustment range, which allows for fast and uncomplicated use. The beam is made from a robust 42 mm thick aluminum tube and features a non-slip foot on one end, enabling a clamping force of 130 daN and a blocking force of 200 daN. High-quality materials such as stainless steel for screws and pins, along with careful workmanship, ensure long service life and reliable performance. The ergonomically shaped operating lever allows for easy and secure handling, with tensioning and releasing done by simply flipping the lever.

The opposite, spring-loaded side of the system corresponds to the features of the Lasiprofi round locking beam. It is also made of aluminum and is designed for use in vehicles with compatible airline rails or combination lashing rails. The fixation is achieved via an end pin that fits into standard rail systems. Thanks to its two diameters 24 mm—the pin is universally usable, while its conical shape provides up to 30% better hold and significantly reduces the risk of accidental slipping compared to conventional round pins.

During installation, it is important to ensure a recommended spring immersion depth of at least two to four centimeters. The round locking beam side can be used either horizontally or vertically, provided the respective contact surface is suitable.

Due to its lightweight yet sturdy aluminum construction, the combination of clamping beam and round locking beam is particularly ergonomic to handle and also hygienic—making it especially suitable for use in food transportation. A clearly visible product label provides detailed information about the permissible contact surface and the resulting load capacity. If the load is placed across the full width against the locking rod, the full blocking force can be utilized. If the contact area is reduced to 75 to 50 percent, the permissible load is reduced accordingly.
