The Lasiprofi articulated loading beam is a specialized product for double-deck loading, primarily used in box bodies or swap bodies. Its main application is creating a second loading level, but it can also be used like load bars, locking bars, or tension rods for form-fitting rearward cargo securing. A compatible guide rail in the swap body or box body is required for its use.

The key difference between this and standard loading beams lies in its articulated end pieces, which enable movement on both sides at different heights. The clamping force of the Lasiprofi articulated loading beam is up to 3,000 daN when used for form-fitting cargo securing, and 1,000 daN when applied to create a second loading level during double-deck loading.

Depending on the selected model, the Lasiprofi articulated loading beam is compatible with the loading systems of KRONE/BRÜGGEN for swap bodies and SCHMITZ for box bodies. It can be used within a range of 2,410 to 2,680 mm for KRONE/BRÜGGEN and 2,437 to 2,737 mm for SCHMITZ. Thanks to the articulated end pieces on both sides, the loading beam can be effortlessly adjusted to the maximum parking height position.

Important User Notes

When double-deck loading, always use anti-slip materials such as anti-slip mats to prevent cargo from sliding on the loading beam. It is also crucial to adhere to the maximum load capacity of 1,000 daN, depending on the application. Detailed information regarding the load capacity can be found on the label affixed to the beam.
