Der Lasiprofi-Gelenkladebalken wird vornehmlich zur Doppelstockbeladung bzw. zur Einrichtung einer zweiten Ladeebene im Trailer verwendet. Er kann aber auch zur rückwärtigen, formschlüssigen Sicherung von Ladung auf Lkw-Ladeflächen eingesetzt werden. Gefertigt aus Aluminium, ist der Gelenkladebalken beidseitig ausziehbar und kann mithilfe der Gelenk-Endstücke in die bereits vorhandene Aufnahme einer senkrecht verbauten Führungsschiene eingesetzt werden. Dieses Modell ist passend für die Ladungssysteme von SCHMITZ (Kofferaufbauten).

Description
For use, a suitable guide rail in the swap body or box body is required. The major difference to a standard loading beam is the articulated end pieces. These allow for travel on both sides at different heights.
The locking force is up to 3,000 daN when used for positive-locking load securing of the Lasiprofi articulated loading beam. It is also 1,000 daN when used in a second loading level (double-deck loading).
This Lasiprofi articulated loading beam can be used in a lifting range of 2,437 to 2,737 mm ( SCHMITZ ) and is compatible with the loading system from SCHMITZ for box bodies. Thanks to the articulated end pieces on both sides, the Lasiprofi articulated loading beam can be moved to its maximum parking height position in just a few steps.
Made of aluminium, the Lasiprofi articulated loading beam is lightweight, yet extremely durable and resilient.
Important user instructions:
Always use anti-slip material, such as a mat, when double-stacking. Securing the load on the loading beam to prevent it from shifting is crucial. Always observe the maximum load capacity (LC) of our Lasiprofi articulated loading beam. This is typically 1,000 daN, depending on the application. You can find all the relevant information on the sticker label attached to the loading beam.
