Its non-slip surface significantly reduces noise and vibrations, making it a crucial component of workplace safety. The MT Silence anti-vibration mat is a sealed steel plate with a hard aggregate coating. Installed as an intermediate layer, it provides noise protection and insulation for existing loading ramps. Retrofitted to existing ramps, it reduces noise by 25 dB(A), equivalent to an 85% noise reduction. A high coefficient of friction combined with excellent slip resistance (R12) further enhances safety during loading operations.

The profiles are made from weather-resistant EPDM rubber without the addition of PVC. They are extremely durable, tear-resistant, highly elastic, and temperature-resistant from -40°C to +150°C.
