Anti-slip mat for heavy haulage and extremely heavy loads. Loadable with 1,500 tons per square metre. This new anti-slip sandwich layer with two layers consists of bound rubber granules and a vulcanised wear protection layer. This new top product combines two advantages: The good features of a conventional anti-slip mat and the high resilience of a vulcanised rubber mat. - Our most prominent guest is the Airbus 380 from Hamburg-Finkenwerder. It is secured by help of the anti-slip mat "MT Supergrip" during in-company traffic. An unladen mass of 400 tons requires a good cargo securing

Description

  • Anti-slip mat of high quality, loadable with up to 1,500 t/m². Please ask for higher resilience
  • particularly for heavy haulage and extremely heavy loads
  • it has been awarded as "Best Product" in the category of cargo securing at the fair LogiMat in Stuttgart
  • Sliding friction coefficient of µ=0.9 determined according to the test certificate by Fraunhofer IML Dortmund, with the friction partners Euro wooden pallet and used silkscreen floor. Please ask for the sliding friction coefficient for other applications
  • Determined sliding friction coefficient µ=0,7, according to TUL LOG technology centre Dresden with the friction partners steel beam, black, and used silkscren floor, the sliding friction coefficient is valid for both sides
  • anti-slip sandwich covering with two layers, our of bound rubber granules and 3 mm thick vulcanised wear protection layer, colour black
  • in general, the vulcanised side should be in the direction where the largest wear or the highest load is to be expected

This new top product combines two advantages:

  • the good features of a conventional anti-slip mat and the high resilience of a vulcanised rubber mat.
  • suitable for high requirements of cargo securing, when extremely heavy loads have to be protected or high stress due to abrasion (e.g. concrete parts, tubes for gas pipelines, transports on ships) arises.
