Make optimal use of your cargo space for general cargo transport with a second level
A few paint buckets, plus sacks and boxes of various sizes: these are the challenges you face on today's delivery route. Without a system solution, you will need to plan two trips if you want everything to arrive at its destination intact. Some loads are difficult to stack and quickly fill up the cargo space, even though the permissible payload is far from being reached. We offer a solution to this problem: an additional level that you can position at different heights. This saves you extra trips and reduces your working time, fuel consumption and, of course, costs. Most conventional systems are only suitable for Euro pallets, whereas the continuous second loading level can even be used to transport unpackaged goods and individual packages.
Centimeter-precise positioning in your vehicle
This is a flexible and height-adjustable system that is ideal for non-stackable goods, but can of course also be used for palletised and non-palletised goods. A narrow hole pattern on the rails allows you to position the additional level in your vehicle with ease and centimetre precision. Double-deck beams together with articulated cross struts form the basic material of this platform. If you need to transport goods that stack well and the second level could block storage space, simply slide it under the ceiling in seconds without any tools. Another advantage is that no valuable space for your load is taken up under the vehicle ceiling.
Secure your load on the additional level, for example with lashing straps.

Increase your loading space in box vehicles with a double-deck system
Some goods pose a challenge when it comes to optimizing the use of cargo space. Pre-packaged containers on pallets, for example, often cannot be stacked. Goods like these quickly fill up the interior, forcing you to plan an additional trip due to space constraints, even though the vehicle's permissible payload is far from being reached. This saves time and money because it contributes significantly to volume optimization. Additional load bars in the interior, which also help to secure the load
The additional loading level is created by double-deck system rails, which position the loading beams at the desired height. The guide rails required for this can of course also be used for all other applications, for example with lashing straps and load securing nets as well as locking beams. The load beams should be positioned at stair-like height differences, as this prevents the pallets from slipping on the second level. In addition, the system even supports the securing of the load. If you do not need the load beams, they can be easily positioned under the ceiling in a matter of seconds, thus not blocking any valuable storage space. Alternatively, you can use the locking beams and deploy them specifically to secure the load on the lower level.
Secure your load with locking bars

Locking bars or tensioning bars that can be pushed forward and backward in the load compartment on a ceiling rail can help in this case. This makes them suitable for securing stable loads of any kind at the rear. They are firmly anchored to the ceiling and are therefore always on board when you need them. This system is therefore a true all-rounder and guarantees operational safety and durability. It is even the standard solution for palletised beverage crates.
Sturdy and lightweight aluminium tensioning bars are guided along a rail.
The locking bars are made of sturdy aluminium profiles and run along rails on the ceiling of the vehicle. This operating mechanism is even patented. The system thus optimally combines maximum ease of use with speed of execution. Another advantage is that the locking bars can be ‘parked’ under the ceiling when not in use. This means they do not take up any space in the cargo area and operation is quick, easy and ergonomic. This feature also helps you when loading and unloading, as the locking bars are not in your way. Another option is a special design with a double pin that allows you to easily remove and reinsert the bars.
Clothes rail transport system for box and tarpaulin superstructures
As a laundry or clothing manufacturer, you are surely familiar with the problem: freshly ironed garments must be folded, packed and then repackaged. These processes take time, and shirts, trousers and other garments often arrive at their destination creased. This usually leads to dissatisfied customers and many complaints. This does not have to be the case, as you can simply convert your box van into a “rolling wardrobe”. Chrome-plated support tubes can be installed horizontally or vertically
For this system solution, support tubes are hooked into keyhole rails. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically. The support tubes are chrome-plated, highly durable and therefore extremely resilient despite their low weight. They have a minimal swivel range, allowing you to make perfect use of the interior height of your vehicle. You can also use the rods directly under the ceiling, which also saves space. The support tubes are manufactured as telescopic rods and can be hung with clothes hangers right to the end, even when extended. This allows you to store many items of clothing in your box van or tarpaulin vehicle and make use of every centimetre.
High load capacity of up to 400 daN
The support tubes can withstand loads of up to 400 daN when the load is evenly distributed. Once you have hung up all the clothes hangers, the safety bar included in the system is folded down. You can also attach safety Velcro straps to the bar. This safety feature ensures that no items of clothing can slip or fall down.
