TransSAFE Rack: the shelving system for your van
For short transport journeys and distribution transport, the challenge is often that all goods must remain accessible in the transporter's cargo area and, in addition, the load should also be optimally secured. In our online shop ‘Ladungssicherung.eu’, we offer a rack system that allows you to create a shelf in the cargo area in just a few simple steps. This has the advantage of reducing both empty runs and conversion times to a minimum. Furthermore, the locking elements and nets that make up the shelf are very light and therefore reduce the payload of your vehicle only very slightly. The shelves can be used flexibly and with optimum space utilisation, and the aisle in the middle of the cargo area ensures that all goods are accessible.
Barrier elements and nets create a flexible shelf in the Sprinter
The rack system consists of six vertical bars of the type ‘5x7’, which are positioned as close as possible to the partition wall, at the rear and in the middle of the vehicle and are fixed in the ceiling and floor rails with a form-fit connection. Nets are attached to these bars, which can be arranged freely to guarantee optimum use of space. Each net can withstand a load of up to 300 daN. The load on the nets is then secured with safety straps for optimum load securing. Ideally, the floor rail should be attached to the vehicle body by gluing and screwing, while the ceiling rail is attached to the cross struts of the roof structure. The shelving system requires a track gauge of 615 mm in order to achieve optimum shelf depth in relation to the aisle width in the Sprinter load compartment. Therefore, you should note that most factory-fitted floor rails are generally not very compatible with our system.

Restraint system for vans
Every day, you have to transport a wide variety of goods: boxes on wooden pallets, a few roll containers or beverage crates. It is important that every load is adequately secured and that this securing can be done quickly and flexibly. In our online shop ‘Ladungssicherung.eu’, we offer a securing system consisting of four locking bars that are attached to the vehicle ceiling and floor and can be moved around freely. This system allows you to respond flexibly to a wide variety of transport orders, as the product is a true quick-change artist. It is also very lightweight and can be stowed inside the vehicle in seconds, so no valuable storage space is blocked.
Four super-light locking bars enable flexible use of the load compartment
The locking bars, which are available in the ‘5x7’ and ‘5x7 ERGO’ versions, are attached to airline rails located in the vehicle ceiling and floor. The floor rail should preferably be attached directly to the vehicle body by gluing and screwing. The airline rail on the vehicle ceiling should ideally be connected to the front wall and rear portal using suitable fasteners, as this ensures that the load is distributed evenly and is also transferred to the fixed vehicle structure. The locking beams attached to the rails can be moved back and forth freely inside the vehicle and can therefore be positioned as close as possible to the load.

The system can be controlled using three buttons in the vehicle, which are located in the driver's cab, on the side door and on the rear door. This net is attached to six bars that slide automatically up and down the side wall rails, responding precisely to the specific cargo situation and stopping accordingly. This secures your goods comprehensively and in the shortest possible time, and TransSAFE® go takes the manual work of securing the load off your hands.
