Lashing bar and locking bar systems in tarpaulin vehicles
You don't want to spend hours lashing down loads such as mesh boxes, pallets, general cargo, big bags or tyres. Then you need a system that allows you to secure your loads quickly and easily while remaining flexible. In our shops, such as "Ladungssicherung.eu", we offer you just such a system: a lashing rail with hundreds of attachment points to which you can attach your lashing straps, locking beams or barrier beams. This system gives you a wide range of options and allows you to complete your transport tasks quickly and easily. You can secure loads at the rear or segment your vehicle space lengthwise or crosswise. This also has advantages in terms of load distribution. Even particularly bulky goods and pallets can be transported safely in this way.
The narrow hole pattern enables anchoring close to the load.
You can configure your own system according to your individual requirements. It will be put together for you based on the payload, load height, clear internal width of the trailer, number and clear distance between the stanchion fields, and the direction in which the load is to be secured. The precise adjustment of the system and the narrow hole pattern in the lashing rails enable anchoring as close to the load as possible. Logistics in tarpaulin vehicles: Create a second level with loading beams
There are bulky goods that immediately block the entire loading area, as you cannot load anything next to or on top of them. The consequence is that you have to make additional trips well below the permissible vehicle payload. In these cases, you are mainly transporting air under the tarpaulin. The solution can be a double-deck system consisting of loading bars. These allow you to quickly and easily create a second level on which you can transport pallets. This is much more economical for you, as it reduces your operating and labour costs by eliminating the need for additional trips. Instead, you can transport very different loads within a single loading space. If you are transporting Euro pallets, you can even double the number of storage spaces.
Use the beams to secure loads with a form-fitting hold
The load bars can also be used to secure loads in a form-fitting manner. This means that several transport tasks can be solved in a single system. If you do not need them, you can simply ‘park’ them between the stanchions. The load bars therefore do not take up valuable storage space that you can use for other goods. This allows you to place 6 Euro pallets per stanchion field and store the unused load bars optimally between the stanchions. This allows you to make optimum use of the space in the load compartment. If the stanchion spacing is greater, you can also park the longitudinal bars in holders. With the appropriate loading aids, this arrangement allows loading from the side or from the rear.

Stable and lightweight at the same time: locking bars made of aluminium profiles
The locking bars are made of aluminium, making them lightweight yet very sturdy. Long-term operational reliability and durability are guaranteed. The bars are firmly anchored to ceiling rails, meaning they are always on board. This mechanism has even been patented, making it unique. Another advantage is that you always have the locking bars with you in the cargo hold, so they are immediately to hand when needed. But even when they are not needed, there is a simple solution: the beams are attached under the ceiling. This way, they do not take up valuable space in the cargo area and can be quickly and easily folded down again at any time. You can also use this mechanism when loading or unloading your tarpaulin vehicle and the beams might be in the way.
